Hi All,

Phonepe wealth would perform the slump sale of it's business to Phonepe wealth broking with effect from November 01, 2021.

1.Employees of Phonepe wealth will be transferred to Phonepe wealth broking.

2.There shall be no payment made from the books of Phonepe wealth private limited after November 01, 2021. @AP please take a note of the same as we will not be able to transfer the Input GST that we receive upon booking of the invoice. The invoices can be raised on Phonepe wealth broking entity as the liability for the same will be transferred to phonepe wealth broking.

3. Mutual fund commission receipts will be received in Phonepe wealth broking entity.
