I hope this email finds you well. We would like to inform you about the procedure for accessing our Vendor Portal. Below is the link to access the portal:

Please note that you must use the email address as User ID that was registered with us during the vendor onboarding process to log in. For password, you have to click on forget password. An email containing password reset link will be sent to your registered email address.

Once you have reset your password, you will be able to log in to the Vendor Portal where you check the status of your invoices, payment details with TDS deductions and all.

If your registered email address is not active or if you need to update it, kindly send a request to our VMT (Vendor Management Team) at vendormagt@phonepe.com added in the email. The VMT team will assist you in adding the new email address to our records. Once the new email address is updated, you can proceed to use the Vendor Portal with your registered email address.
